I declare that:

• My physical/mental condition and general health allow me to practice physical activity as well as shooting.

• I am not, nor have been, directly or indirectly part of a violent, extremist, mercenary or group contrary to Swiss public order.

• I have never been convicted in Switzerland or abroad for committing violent acts and/or belonging to a banned group.

• No criminal or administrative procedure is currently open against me for this type of acts. If necessary, I will immediately inform the SGC Management.

I commit to:

• Respect the internal regulations of SGC, annexed to this Registration Application and which forms an integral part of it (hereinafter the "regulations"). Non-compliance with the regulations may be sanctioned by exclusion from SGC premises and cancellation of the subscription without refund (see provisions of the Regulations, particularly art. 3 and 5).

• Adopt the behavior and attitude that can be expected from a Member (as this term is defined in art. 1 of the regulations).

• Strictly comply with all applicable legislation in force.

• Complete mandatory refresher training with an Approved Instructor (as this term is defined in art. 6 of the Internal Regulations), if SGC Management considers that (i) my level requires it and/or (ii) I have not assimilated - or not correctly or insufficiently assimilated - the 4 safety rules as well as the 3 basic manipulations detailed in art. 6 of the Regulations, in order not to endanger other Members, SGC staff or third parties.

• Spontaneously inform SGC in writing (for example by email) in case of changes to personal data provided to SGC based on this Registration Application.

My attention is particularly drawn to:

• The fact that SGC premises, particularly the shooting ranges, are dangerous areas, including an increased risk of accident, and that their access is at my own risk. I must particularly strictly respect all prescriptions of this Registration Application, the Regulations, the legislation in force, as well as the instructions of SGC staff.

• The existence of a video surveillance system throughout SGC premises.

• Art. 12 of the Regulations concerning SGC's liability exclusion.

I accept that:

• The information and personal data (including medical data) that I have transmitted to SGC are entered in the SGC database and are processed as part of our commercial relationship. In particular, I authorize SGC to communicate with me via the contact details I have given them (email, telephone, mail).

• This Registration Application is considered accepted only upon submission of the requested information and documents, complete and up to date. Even when a file is complete and up to date, SGC is free to refuse a candidacy, without having to justify such a decision.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

This Registration Application is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to this Registration Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
